Great for kids, the waterspeeltuin offers fantastic opportunities for all sorts of water related activities. The nearby highway is rather loud but you'll soon ignore it while playing.
Grab your bikes and race over to the schaapskooi— a small petting farm with sheep, rabbits, hogs, and small ponies. Younger children will enjoy the small barn with stalls, a close up look at a few animals and a pitchfork and wheel barrow with fodder to play farmer. There are fenced areas, but chickens fly the coop and peck along the grassy areas. A large play area with teepee-like tents and play ground equipment is on site. Right across the street is the arboretum— another attraction for both children and adults. You can leave donations for the farm operations as there is no entry fee. A small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating is next to the play area. Family friendly, except alcohol is also served at the cafe. Bicycles must be parked outside of the gates. There are bathrooms on the premises.
Excellent place for families. Well maintained, free and full of friendly animals. I highly recommend visiting there.
It's a lot of fun on a sunny day as well ad the prizes are not too high. Why not a 5 star because the water looks pretty dirty and not cleaned for a while.

The perfect place to bring your family and have fun. Lots of animals, lots of activities for the children, pleasant atmosphere, nice, friendly and helpful employees. The restaurant is also good but a bit understaffed for the amount of visitors they get on weekends and special events. Have been many times and will continue going back :)
Amazing place for kids. They can touch animals and feel. In that way love for animals grows. Also the playground beside the farm is good.
